Labor Day weekend camping trip

Hello everyone.  I've got a product for you this weekend.

It's called the "Wuff 'em" stick.  you have got to check out the web site at www.wuffems.com and see this camping, campfire gadget.

A stick with a head, that you place ordinary biscuits from a tube onto and roast or bake over a fire.  This creates a small "bowl" in which you can fill with you favorite items like puddings, pie fillings, gravy, chili, and more...

This weekend, our goal is to try these out, and to try out other camping items that we got.

We got this new pie iron as well.  It's called a wilderness cooker.

It's perfect for burgers and such.

It's like a pie iron but with slots.  These allow the grease to go through the slots and to get that "grilled" look.   very awesome and a must have for camping this weekend.

these can be purchased from the above sites as well as others like:

Weekend Camping

Good Morning.  This weekend was a great weekend.  The Family went camping Saturday afternoon through Sunday.

We pretty much totally relaxed, and enjoyed a book or two.  Took a few rides on the golf cart, started a fire, etc.

This weekend, Kathy found a recipe from Rachel Ray for some awesome burgers, and thought she'd try them.  Using the Rome Hamburger press from www.pieironusa.com and from www.pudgypies.com she made some hamburgers with the pie irons with the slots in them.  Very cool.  A pie iron with slots, what an idea.  We grilled the burgers and the grease simply went through the slots.

She also cook some veggies the same way.

What a was to use pie irons.

Here is a photo of the slotted pie iron.

Another Day Camping

Last weekend was great.  I took the Wife and Kids camping.

I know, I know..  We go camping nearly every weekend, but what made this weekend special.  Well, one thing.  It was a family affair.

I mean, I had it made, I had my wife, and my kids all at the same spot at the same time.  That was nice...

Yeah, it might not have been all weekend, but it was good.

My wife this weekend while camping thought she'd try something different in cooking this weekend, she made kabobs with skewers from campingfunshop.com.  They worked out really well.  She had potatos, sausage, garlic, peppers, onion, hhmm.  good...

We also made pudgy pies using these cast iron pie irons from a site she ran across the other day PieIronUSA.com and PudgyPies.com both of the sites had awesome camping cooking gear and it doesn't hurt any that i run them..  But we enjoyed making the sandwiches and pies with the pie irons.  They were simple and easy to use and easy cleanup.  We used a round pudgy and the square sandwich ones.

Later that evening, had enjoyed some marshmallows using marshmallow forks that she had found on MarshmallowForks.com and i think another site CampingForks.com where that both have a ton of camping forks for marshmallows, hot dogs, bratwurst, you name it.  The next day my Daughter and I cooked some of the sausage from the kabobs with the roasting forks and cooked them...  i'm telling you they tasted good..

Well, more later..  Have a great weekend, and go camping.

Pie Iron for Camping, Rv'ing, and Home

Hello everyone!  Today I'd like to introduce an old family friend.

The Round Pudgy pie iron....  Yeah, the round pie iron that our parents and grandparents used over open fires an such.

We used to love these things, from banana bread, to pumpkin bread and even brownies and all kinds of meals and treats.

I remember way back when, when our parents "only" used pie irons for cooking at camp.  I mean everything.  They have the round one, the square one, and double, you name it they had it..

These are perfect for the new and old campers alike.

We've done some searching, and found them at the following retailers.

www.Pudgypies.com - they have the round, square, and everything in between.

Roasting toasting and Marshmallow fork Review

today i'm going to review a unique item that our family uses on a weekly basis.

It's called the bread stick.  it's not quite a roasting toasting or a marshmallow fork, but i had to tell you about it.

I saw it on www.campingforks.com and others site.

Bread and Biscuit Stick

above is a photo of it.

We usually take a can of store bought biscuits and lightly wrap around the end.  Usually within just a minute or two you have a baked biscuit.

Our family puts butter, peanut butter, apple butter or jelly in them.

Many folks have written of all kinds of recipes for these.

you can find this and other roasting toasting and marshmallow forks at the following online retailers:

www.campingforks.com - camping forks for every recipe

www.marshmallowforks.com - yes, i said marshmallow forks.com...  cool.

Pie Iron Sandwich Cooker Vol VII

Good Day.  Today we're going to show you a cool little product.

the Pudgy pie iron.  The round usually cast iron pudgy pie used to cook foods over an open fire or even on your gas stove.

Round Pudgy Pie Iron - Cast Iron
As much as people love the traditional square
design, there is a vocal crowd of passion for
our round Pie Iron. It's all in the way the
cooker seals the food. Locking in flavors
whether it's a hamburger, quick bread or
dessert. With a sandwich, the round design
crimps the corners of the bread to form a
firm seal (similar to ravioli.)

Pie Irons and More Vol VI

Open fire Cooking Gear Reviews

Today we're going to review the wilderness burger cooker manufactured by Rome Industries.

The wilderness cooker is similar in shape and size as the pudgy pie iron sold everywhere.  But with one big difference.  The wilderness burger cooker has slots on both sides to allow the burger to get grilled.  Very cool, I've got to tell you.

you simply make a burger, place in the gadget and cook it over a fire.  Be careful not to get ashes on your burger though.  You can make one burger for one person, or pass the wilderness cooker around and everyone can cook there own burger.  No need to setup the big grill, or a skillet.  Just use the wilderness burger cooker.

We've found these at several retailers, including these.

Pie Iron or Pudgy Pie Irons

Good day, today we're going to review a cool little camping gadget.  The Pie Iron or some folks say the pudgy pie.

I guess these would be considered 2 different items. 1 is the pie iron and 1 is the pudgy pie.  The "Pie Iron" is a square sandwich cooker great for grilled cheese sandwiches, and the pudgy pie is more for pies such as filling pies.  But could be used for each others purposes..

Here are a couple images of each.

Pie Irons and Camping Roasting Forks - Vol III

Today's review is the review of the Pie Iron that's round.  Some call it the pudgy pie iron. Or some the hobo or mountain pie iron.  Either way you say it, it's the iron of choice for campers.  Camping with a pudgy pie iron allows you to easily and quickly create meals that are easy to make, and easy to clean.  All you need is a camp fire, or some kind of open fire.

Round Pudgy Pie Iron - Cast Iron

Pie Irons and Camping Sticks - Vol II

Good morning, today I'm going to show your two more items.  First the Camping Stick that's way cool.  The Rome Bread Stick. Then I'll introduce you to a pie iron that made to make waffles at a campground over an open fire... very cool..

Ok, first, the Bread Stick.

this little Camping Stick is a Stainless Steel rod with a slightly pointed end to allow you to wrap a biscuit such as those from a tube, around the end piece and then heat over a camp fire, bonfire, or fire pit.  Very cool...

Second, is this waffle pie iron, This is an awesome gadget for camping folks such as myself.  I'm always attempting to cook awesome foods for breakfast at the camper just like at home.  Only using camping fire, or an open fire somehow.  this is it, the waffle maker that's meant to take camping.  The long handle makes it easy to use even over those large fires (.. not me.. no, I'd never build a fire too big..).  Easy to use, easy to store, easy to clean.. ok not so much on the clean side but either is any other waffle maker.  We found that these waffle makers by Rome has the best quality that we can find out there.

Everyone have a great day, and enjoy your Pie irons and Camping forks just as well as we do.  go Camping, Start a fire, and roast some marshmallows too..!

Pie Iron and Camping Forks Review Vol 1

Today I'm going to tell you about Pie Irons and camping Forks.

I have two items to show you. first the round pudgy pie pie iron from Rome.  This little pie iron has been a staple of American camping life since the dawn of ages.  The pie irons we sell though are from Rome Industries and carry a 5 year warranty for workmanship.  And Workmanship it is.  They have put a lot of time and effort into the design of the pie iron, and have several shapes and styles since then.

The pudgy pie iron can be used for so many different recipes it's hard to even imagine all of them.  So..  They have a book out too.  The Pie Iron Recipe book.  It's a pretty good idea to pick them both up when you get your pie iron.

Made of solid cast iron, stainless steel handle and a soft, keep cool handle makes it an easy choice when cooking over an open fire, such as a camp fire or bonfire.

Now,  Onto the Camping forks, I've got one here for you, it's the two piece camp fork also manufactured for Rome Industries.

This 2 piece fork is first a roasting and toasting fork but it's also a convenient to take hiking.  How many hotdog or Marshmallow roasting or toasting forks do you know of that you can take hiking?  well this is one, it comes in two pieces.  Perfect to put in the pack back for hiking up the mountain or down the stream. At first, I thought..  Oh.. another roasting fork, but then It hit me.. I can take this fork anywhere I planned to go.  Camping with friends?  Bring your own fork, simply throw it in your backpack and you're good to go.

Brat and Dog Safety Roaster

today's review is of the Bratwurst and Hotdog Roaster made by Rome.

This little roasting tool is pretty cool.  It allows you to cook the dogs without the worry of them falling off the end of a camping fork.  Or having to cook two at a time.  so this fork will do it in half the amount of time, and with less hassle..  Awesome..

These can be found at most camping sites like www.Campingforks.com and www.marshmallowforks.com and I've seen them in a few other places too.

Brat Roaster
Hinged steel cooker holds 4 hot dogs or Bratwurst without poking a hole in the meat. This is a nice way to keep the juice inside the casing if you're cooking old fashioned weenies or natural brats.

Bread & Biscuit Stick

Review:

Bread & Biscuit Stick
Make hot doughy treats over a campfire using store-bought refrigerated dough (the pop-open tube style) such as "buttermilk biscuits" and "crescent rolls." Just roll a "snake" of dough onto the breadstick in a corkscrew fashion. Hold over a fire turning slowly until the dough is golden brown on the outside & puffy on the inside. Slide dough off the stick & fill the cavity with jam, honey, butter, cheese etc... 38" overall length. Chrome plated steel rod, aluminum cooking stick and 21" extra long wood handle with leather hanging strap.

this is quickly become a very popular item at the campsite.  Our kids love this little stick.  You wake up, and want a biscuit.. this will do it.
I'm telling you, you've got to get one.

These can be found at the following web sties.

Marshmallow.com - Marshmallow and Camping roasting and Toasting Forks.

campingforks.com - Camping cooking and any other camp cooking fork you can imagine.

PieIronUSA.com - Pie Irons and Camping forks.  The Pie Irons are very cool camping cooking gadget.  If you have an open fire, then use a Pie Iron to make sandwiches.  Very Cool.!

Beer dogs, brats & onions, grilled sausages?

Cornbread and other quick breads are simple to

Earth Hour

"Earth Hour", what an idea.. It seems to have worked. It's amazing how you can create an idea in today's world and turn it into a worldwide event in just one year.

I encourage everyone to go to the Earth Hour site and explore the information and learn more about the cause.

Earth hour was on March 29th at 8pm in your local time zone. The idea is to turn OFF your lights for just one hour. Originally created in Sidney Australia has blossomed to a worldwide event. Moscow, Chicago, over 200 major cities, and millions of people joined us in turning out the lights.

the whole purpose is for everyone to realize and wake-up to the amount of energy we all use and also to note how easy it could be to save just a little.

Here are a few photos on My family and I celebrating "Earth Hour".

Earth Hour Troy Saving Energy

Teen Earth hour Proud to be a part

Funny story about "Earth Hour" was my wife and I were out shopping and my 8 year old son called us from his cell about 7:55 and asked if we were coming home soon (he wasn't alone, our teenage daughter was with him). He was concerned that we were going to be out and about when the lights went off..!

We explained to him that the power would still be on, but that we were planning to turn them off ourselves... He thought.. How can Earth get the help it needs if only a few people to it.. I later brought up the Earth Hour site and explained that millions of people joined us in turning out the lights. He was glad we did and hoped Earth got the message that we care.

Hotdog, Roasting, or Marshmallow Forks

That is the Question. What do you call a stick made usually of metal but could be wood. A pointed end or possible more than one end. Sometimes the tines are forward, other times for safety forks the tines are reversed. Even yet, Rome's new Marshmallow Tree the tines are pointing in lots of directions.

And where can you use these forks? Are they Camping forks? or are they meant for the Fireplace? Can you use them over a patio fire or maybe just a bonfire. I think the answer is Yes to the above..

I can imagine that hotdog and marshmallow forks have been around for hundreds of years and will continue to be around for many more to come. Some of today's retailers have really come to sell every shape and size they can find. Such a retail is CampingForks.com, I tell you there site is full of color and surprises. They even have a virtual campfire to pretend you're roasting your marshmallow with the camping fork that you just bought. The one That I liked the most was the Rome Marshmallow tree that they sell, the tree is an awesome idea and I think should sell well.

Today's Product: The Giant Roasting Fork...! this fork is the staple of American roasting forks. This for is 41 inches in length, and is made of quality strong steel. Put simply, it's the grand daddy of forks. yet, a simple design. the Giant roasting fork can be found at sites like Camping Forks, Marshmallow Forks, and other sites such as Pie Iron USA all of which seem to sell it for around $19.95 for a four pack.

Pie Irons - the Pudgy Pie - hobo Pie

Good morning, today I want to tell you about a product that we sell on our sites.  It's the Rome Pudgy Pie Iron.  It's two pieces of cast iron shaped to create a pocket.  Folks have been cooking with these for years and years.  Most likely started with making sandwiches with the square version to making pies with this version the round one.  We have created all kinds of goodies with these..  Like corn muffins, pancakes, hash browns, fried potato's, brownies, and more.

These are so simple, and so easy to use it's no wander why they are very popular at camp sites around the world.  but did you know you could use these at home as well.  If you have a burner, you can easily use these in your home.  The outdoor grill works well too..  Simply place the pie iron on your grill and cook-up your favorite treats.....

Ok, here's the skinny, you can purchase these at several website's on the net. Like Pie Iron USA, Pudgy Pies, Sandwich Cooker, and others.

Pie Irons, Pudgy Pies, Mountain Pies, or even hobo Pies.. whatever you call them, we call the good..  You name it you can cook in it.

These are a must for any camping trip.

Everyone have a great day.  Tomorrow, I'll show you another product..! Mike Franks

Day 42 - 45 - Monday

Good Morning, Well.. It looks like I've skipped a few days of blogging.  With the holiday and the in-laws I'm not sure how I got anything done...

This past weekend I decided not to work, or at least not work much.
I took Friday off and spent it with my family, and did the same for the weekend.  I'm pretty sure we had a good time.
Today I'm waiting on an order from Wilcor International of camping items for www.firepies.com.  I'm not sure how, but it seems that I can't get them to change the address to the office versus here at home.  So I'll stay home until they come, then head to the office to ship when they get here.

This week my kids are on spring break, meaning they will be home all week and most likely bored...
I'm planning on taking them a time or two to the office and maybe giving me a hand and things. My daughter enjoys using a camera and I'm sure I could use a few pictures taken of some product for any of our sites like www.campingforks.com or www.marshmallowforks.com, or even www.pieironusa.com for the pie iron and pudgy pie irons..  I'm not sure how to photograph roasting, toasting and camping forks.  (ok, enough plugging)..

Anyway's, today I'm planning on working on a new site, www.hobopies.com and others.

Have a great day everyone.!  Mike

Day 41 - www.MarshmallowForks.com

Good Morning, Well I'm sure you've figured it out by now.  Today i'm working on www.Marshmallowforks.com. I plan to make some pretty good changes including adding a video to the site as a test.  Yes, a video.  Most likely a simple video simply welcoming folks to the site and inviting them to browse the site and to give us comments on our site.  We're really curious what the reaction will be.

I'm also planning on creating a new site, www.HoboPies.com and selling pie irons and such on it as well.  Only making it a bit different than some of our other sites.  I think it will look awesome.. Check it out soon.

Well, Last night my daughter had her birthday and it seemed to go ok.  I think she had a pretty good time.  I did tell you yesterday that i had baked a cake so I thought i'd upload a photo of the cake.

So, Here it is...!

ambi

Have a great day everyone..!

Day 40 - My Daughters Birthday

Good day, well today is my daughters 15th birthday.  This means within the next 6 months she'll want her driving permit and want to drive...  Actually I kinda look forward to teaching her.  Although ask me that again in 7 months and I might tell you otherwise.
This also means that in a year she'll want to drive and get a job...  Now that I do look forward to.  giving her a chance to get her feet wet in the real world.
I actually baked the cake for you today.  Yes, I did.. I baked the cake..  I think I did pretty good, and she said it looked just fine...  So I figure it's ok.  not doing much special for her, just a cake, and dinner out.  Oh, and that sims2 game extras.. H & M style stuff.

Speaking of Sims , I noticed today that have added a new Sims 3 link at http://thesims3.ea.com and you can check out the latest in the Sims arena ....!

During the cold winter months, seems my family sit around the warm home, and play Sims when we can't get outside.  funny thing I always make my Sims go camping.....lol.....

Anyway's, everyone have a great day and happy birthday Amber.

oh.. and the plug.. check out www.Campingforks.com

Day 39 - Tuesday

Wow.. what a day..  Sorry this is being written on Wednesday. Just that Tuesday was busy.  Busy with bob from www.firepies.com  and with things down at the braintree in Mansfield.

I did a little work on www.marshmallowforks.com ..

thanks, Mike

Good morning everyone.  Today is green day.  the day to wear green so you won't get pinched..  Depending on who's doing the pinching depends on wether I wear green?...lol

Anyway, today I'm going to review some old photos of the Mansfield reformatory and of Kalahari resorts that we took in the 360 format.  I'm going to attempt to revive that part of the business and to get  the www.seemy360.com site up and running and profitable as well.

I also, might contact the Mansfield reformatory and see about coming out again and doing another shot of the DVD...  I might have to do a presentation or something.

Have a great day everyone.!  Mike

Day 37 - Sunday

good day.  What a day..  Got the prius back from its oil change and stopped by the verizon store for a quick fix.

Today I'm taking a little break from work, and simply relax and watch the nascar race, and maybe the recorded nationwide race from yesterday.

Also, plan to play a little Sims also.  Seems Sims have become a big part of our family weekends at home in the winter...

Have a great day everyone.

Day 36 - Ustream.TV

Hello everyone..  today and yesterday has been exciting days at Franks Marketing Group.  We've added a new feature that we're going to implement though out the network.  V I D E O..

Yep video.  But not just the simple little video selling products...

Our plan is to have two segments.  first at least a monthly live show broadcast on www.pudgypietv.com and others.

Also, we want small, like 15 seconds or less, videos for each and every product.  I'm talking a small video explaining the benefits and features of each item.  Allowing our customers to get as much information on the product before taking the leap of faith.. and purchasing the product.

Our goal is to assist our customers anyway we can to remove any walls that would prevent them from making the decision to buy from us.  This year we've already added "live assistance" and now adding videos will help greatly.

More information to come...

We're planning on using www.ustream.tv for our provider.

Also,  check out www.marshmallowforks.com and www.sandwichcooker.com

thanks,

Mike

Day 35 - a new division

Good day, I'm writing this a day late, but I've been really

working on a new division of the company. Our new Video Production and distribution division..  Awesome..

More to come..  check out www.pudgypietv.com

Thanks, Mike

Day 33 - oops I missed a day

Good morning, the day after. I'll write more in a bit.

Got to run to the office, go to lenscrafters, and maybe walmart for a small fridge.

Day 32 - Pie Irons and Roasting Forks

Good morning everyone..  Today is going to be an awesome day...   Today I'll be shipping some product to customers around the country.  Seems that Pie Irons and Roasting Forks are my current hot items.  the Pie Irons range in shape from Square, round, and double to material like cast iron or aluminum.  Some, for example, have shorter handles like the jaffle iron, to be used on an ordinary gas stove or grill.   People from all over the country use these pie irons for all kinds of foods.  Actually depending on where you are you might call them pudgy pies, mountain pies, or even hobo pies.  Either way that are two pieces of metal enclosing to make a treat or meal. See www.PieIronUSA.com or www.Pudgypies.com for more information.

Roasting, toasting, camping and Marshmallow forks are our second most popular items. I can tell you we have tons of different styles to chose from.  We have the standard camping fork, the awesome safety forks, the marshmallow tree, and forks that extend... We have Wood and metal sticks. See www.campingforks.com or www.roastingforks.com for more information.

Day 29 - the Blizzard of 2008

Good morning, well this is the day.  The day of the blizzard of 2008 here in northern central Ohio.  We're in Norwalk, just south of Sandusky, and Cedar Point.

the snow has been coming down fast.  So fast that yesterday I ran to the local walmart to get some groceries (ok, simply junk food to get through the weekend).  when I went the snow had just started, and there wasn't any snow anywhere...  But, when I come out of walmart after about an hour.  The Snow was coming down really hard.  So hard I had to scrape the windshield.. and guess what..  The other day I was scraping my wives windshield and broke her ice scraper so I switched them with mine so she'd have one.  So today I had to use the broken one...   I know, I know..  I was sitting right there at walmart..

Here is a little video of me coming home from walmart...

Well, later I hope to have new video of Jenni out smok'n in the blizzard...  that will be funny.

well, today my soul mission is to at least begin some new web sites.  I have nearly 30 to 40 domains that need to get up and running.  I'm also going to do a little to Sandwich Cooker .com and Pie Iron USA.com .  Also I've spoken to "Bob" and we're lowering our prices on most of our pie irons across our network.  including on www.firepies.com .

Well, until later.. Mike

Day 28 - The day before the Ohio blizzard of 2008

ok, ok..  they haven't actually called it that yet, but they will tomorrow.  You know, the TV channels like 3, 5,8 19, 11, all those channels here in northern Ohio..  I can see the little graphics guys working overtime today just to make the graphics for the weekend....  Maybe I should start selling T-shirts say I survived the blizzard of 2008.. Cleveland Ohio....!

Today we're heading to Elyria around noonish to do a standee for the movie "Forbidden Kingdom" and then heading back home.

I plan to run to walmart and get some groceries for the major storm coming here to northern Ohio..  you know.. the blizzard.

I'll be working on just a few sites today. www.campingforks.com and marshmallow forks .com hopefully I'll have some real progress on them.

Have a great day. and stay safe..Mike

Day 27 - Thursday

Good Morning everyone, today is going to be a busy day.

I'm already at the office, and working on getting all my paperwork done before the cinema here in Mansfield opens.  Jenni is with me and we've only got a few more of these standees to go.

Other than that, I've been working on www.sandwichcooker.com and www.pieironusa.com this morning hoping I can finish the projects soon.  Well got to go, have a great day everyone..!

Day 26 - The day after the Primaries here in Ohio

Good Morning.. Well.. Clinton done it.  she won Rhode Island, Ohio and Texas.  Congratulations to her and her campaign.

Today me and my wife (Kathy) are working on several sites together.  We just finished www.SandwichCooker.com and I think it will be an awesome site.  Did some touch-up work on www.pieironusa.com, www.campingforks.com, and www.marshmallowforks.com .  I also plan on calling Jenni to see if she needed anything for www.roastingforks.com  .

today is a pretty day.  Lots of snow and ice..   Ok.. maybe it pretty but that doesn't mean fun...

This evening I plan to spend some time with my kids, maybe play the nintendo wii with them or something like that.

I have been debating on starting a "video" blog on here and on www.youtube.com to see if I'd get any hits...  just an idea...

Everyone have a good day..!

Day 25 - Ohio Primary Day

Good day,  What a great day.. it's the primaries here in Ohio.

and well, I got out this morning, and went and voted.  and I hope you do to.  Do you part, and vote.

What gets me, is folks wining, boo hoo ing, and complaining about our elected officials, then on election day they don't vote.  how can you complain if you can't even get down to the voting booth and cast your vote.  So..  vote folks...

ok.. onward.. today I stayed home and worked on a few web sites like www.roastingforks.com and www.campingforks.com and also did a little to www.funatcamp.com

Picture of the day...

Well, I did it, I put my old blackberry 8830 worldphone on eBay.  You're going to laugh.. But the office needs a new little fridge.. so, I put the blackberry on eBay to help pay for it...lol....

Then I'll attempt to get 2 standees in my car.  "Forbidden Kingdom" and "Meet the browns" and head to Toledo with Jenni and put them plus "Prom Night" up....  going to be a long evening......  ooh.. and a "Harold & Kumar 2" light box artwork...  all in one theater...

Also, today, I'm going to work on www.campingforks.com and www.marshmallowforks.com and hopefully get a chance to work on campfire-recipes.com and add some product to it.

Well, everyone have a good day..!

Day 23 - The Video Factor

Good day, Another exciting day at Franks Marketing...  We've bought video cameras for our next big project.

Our goal is to have small 15-30 second videos demonstrating each product.  small video screens on each product page that shows the visitor the product benefits, features, etc..  We think this will revolutionize the way our customers shop.  Our plan is to test this feature soon on one of our sites like www.marshmallowforks.com yeah you read it Marshmallow Forks .com   yep...  it our newest web site..   www.MarshmallowForks.com ...

We also want to begin having 360 degree photos of products, giving the customer the complete view of the item..  This will allow the customer to get much more information on the product they are purchasing...

1.  The still - At least 2 per product
2.  The 360 GIF
3. The Video
4.  Reviews by our experts
5.  Reviews by our Customers
6.  Complete description from our manufacturers

PLUS..  we're planning on LIVE Webcasts broadcast on pudgypietv.com and youtube.com.

Today i am going to be working on www.campingforks.com by adjusting some of the buy buttons, etc.

Also, possibly be working with Jenni on www.roastingforks.com

ooh.. and today is race day for nascar.  In Las Vegas..
Kathy and I are currently planning our retirement their...  I can't wait..

Day 22 - It's Saturday

Good day mates, it's Saturday...
Yesterday ended up being a pretty good day.  We were able to complete www.campfire-recipes.com and get a big jump on www.funatcamp.com now we just need some pricing and some normal information to place on the site.

Today I plan on working a little on www.campingforks.com and on of our other sites RV Lights USA .  Jenni yesterday worked really hard placing images and descriptions on Fun at Camp.  She added fun packs and more sporting items.  I think the site is turning out pretty good.

Last night my wife and I spent the evening with my wives brother and his wife; Jenni.  We pretty much started out working on web sites like Roasting Forks .com and Pie Iron USA.com.  What actually ended up was that we had a bit too much to drink and didn't really feel like doing much more work.

We are also working hard to get ramped up for the spring.  We're increasing our inventory levels and stocking up on all kinds of items.  We figure we can have even better service this year than last and attempt to ship orders within a day or two getting the order.

Last year, with Fire Pies .com and with Camping Fun Shop .com we did really good and averaged 36 hours of shipping time.

Well enough for today, maybe more later..

Day 21 - Leap Day

Good Morning everyone, today is leap day...

did you know...

that many years ago, on leap day, it was tradition that women could ask a man for marriage and the man couldn't say no...

Can you imagine a 450 pound woman coming at you and saying "marry me", "Marry me", "Marry Me"...!  and you couldn't say no...

ok... today...  It's snowing...  again... I mean snowing....(see pic of the day below)...

today I'm staying home, and Matt and Jenni at coming here and working.  Jenni and I are planning on working on www.roastingforks.com and www.campingforks.com as well as starting some of our pie iron recipe sites...  Our plan is to get as many done as possible this weekend....

ok...

Today is my first " Video of the Day "

This video was recorded while waiting for Troy ( www.origami-boy.com ) to get on the bus...

Pretty cool...   in just 30 seconds the window is totally covered..

Well, everyone have a great day.!

currently at www.standeejobs.com was have several regions that we're hiring for movie standee installers.  Including Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus, and Dayton.  As well as any other part of the country.

Today I plan on working on www.pudgypietv.com as well as www.pudgypies.com .  Please a little on www.campingforks.com and www.roastingforks.com with Jenni..  Matt is loading up and heading to Columbus to do standees.

well, I've got to go for now.. have a great day everyone...!

Day 18 - Tuesday

Good Morning.... and What a morning it has been...

First..My first picture of the day...   this is what it looks like outside right now...

P1010320 Not good...

The Kids have no school today, so they are home and will most likely be bored out of their minds.  In turn, drive me crazy...

Well, at least they don't have far to drive me..

anyway...
today is going to be a great day.  I'm going to work on several of our sites today.  like..  www.PieIronUSA.com, www.CampingFunShop.com and www.PudgyPies.com and probably more.  I've also been working with Bob on how we can increase our market share with www.FirePies.com and his other sites that he has.  We plan to work together to create a larger market for both our companies.

We both hold several domains (I have 67) and we both know we can turn those sites into great sites with a ton of information for everyone.

One idea we both have is to have videos.  We feel this is going to be a huge part  of the Internet marketing in the future.

I plan having video on www.campingforks.com as soon as possible.  And we should also have video on www.firepies.com soon.

ok.. now the next picture of the day..

My son.. Troy.. or origami-boy - www.origami-boy.com

Day 17 - Monday

Hello everyone, welcome to Monday...!  ok.. probably not

the best news you've heard this morning...

Today is an awesome day.  I just got a ton of movie standee work orders....  Considering it's been a very slow month for camping items it's good to see any kind of work.

the movies are "meet the browns", "Forbidden kingdom" and "Run Fatboy run"...

I'm hoping they arrive here today so I can hit the theaters to get them installed ASAP..

I still have some camping orders to ship, I figure I'll get started on them right a way...

I guess the "Prom Night" standees are very difficult to put together and have taken folks in California nearly 3 to 4 hours to do.

My weekend..  I had a great weekend, My wife and I worked and got everything out of a storage unit we had, saving us some money.(always good)..  I get to watch my first Craftsman series truck race..  It was cool, kinda odd to see truck going around the track.

The nationwide series was delayed, then postponed then the spring series was a total mess.. go to nascar to read more..

My wife and I enjoyed each other this weekend..  It was a good weekend...

Picture of the day..

prom night small-3

The Prom night standee.. This is the one that is supposed to take nearly 4 hours to do.  Check out the site... very cool.....!

Have an awesome Monday everyone..  I'll hopefully get to sell and ship more camping items today..  like some pie irons..!

Sunday, February 24, 2008

Sunday - Raceday

Good Morning everyone...

What a day..  Bob made some good changes on the FirePies.com site.

Today is a pretty good day.  My and and I went and got everything out of our old storage unit and hopefully save us some money.

Today I am working on several sites including franksmarketinggroup.com and campingforks.com

Day 15 - Saturday

good morning everyone.  It's Saturday.....

ok.. so I'm still going to attempt to get some work done..

Everyone please check out my new completed site..

www.PudgyPies.com it's pretty cool.  I personally think it is one of my better sites.  actually it is one of my better sites.

On the site I also started a new feature.  A links page.  I figured if I wanted a certain search engine to notice that other sites link to one of my site what better way than have all my sites have a links page.  I do not want though the links page to be real noticeable to my visitors, as it's kinda cheesy, old fashioned site building...

Anyway... today is going to be a good day..  I'm heading to the storage unit to finish getting everything out of it today..  and save me some money each month...  then I only have a few things on the honey do list before a race starts at 3.

I've never watched a craftsman truck series race before, and have always only watched the cup series.  So today I'm going to watch a little of the truck and the nationwide races.  I'm hoping that they are just as exciting as the big races.  we're see..

Today, I might also work on making some additional conversions of www.airforceonethefinalmission.com .  I am wanting to get it converted to a serif site so I can have more control over the site and better keyword and descriptions too.

Air Force One The Final Mission is a good site and the product is pretty cool.  Anyone interested in the place should take a look at the site and read up.  (and don't forget to buy a book)

ok.. Picture of the day..... hmm...

05-27-07_2251

Camping Fun.... This is my son last year at our camper...  Having a little "light up" fun with light sticks and such...  man I can't wait to go camping... (... looks like my mother in the background-- Hi Mom!)

Also..  I've expanded this blog to include multi publishing to post this blog to a total of 4 different blogs..  Google's blogger, MSN's spaces, wordpress  and LiveJournal.

until T-m-R-O , Mike

Day 14

Good Morning everyone..

today is another one of those two hour delay days for the kids...

I wander if they realize it's also a two hour delay from adults as well.  You know, basically we put our lives on hold for the two hours too.  O well, sent the kids back to bed....

Yesterday was a pretty good day.  I decided I wasn't going to bust my tail working on one website for the entire day or even week.  Instead I decided to do a little to several sites throughout the day.   I did a little work to FunAtCamp.com, CampingFunShop.com, PudgyPies.com,and AirForceOneTheFinalMission.com. I plan to do the same today with them all.  Plus maybe even work on RVLightsUSA.com and PieIronUSA.com.  Seems PieIronUSA.com is having a bit of difficulty getting indexed by the search engines, I'll have to look into that.

Anyway yesterday ended up being a very good day.. Especially later in the evening......!  sweet...

Picture of the day time.......

hmm..  This picture was taken from the Campground during one of our little excursions.  We call them "golf Cart Rides"  simply meaning we hop on the golf cart drive around the campground and wave at everyone, chit chat, and head for the trails..  It's a lot of fun and every adult turns into kids instantly..

05-27-07_2010

Seeing this picture harkens me back to the days at the campground and makes me more anxious to get back to camping..  Come On Spring!.....

Everyone Check out my "Virtual Campfire" at campingforks.com it's pretty cool.  Let me know what you think.

My second post of the day

Hello everyone...

I just thought i'd let everyone know of a new show coming to the internet....

PudgyPieTV..  that's it  Pudgy Pie TV will be very cool.. More to come

Day 13 - The day after the eclipse

Good Day mate......
Last night was so cool.the whole family and I stayed to watch the Lunar Eclipse.
ok. maybe we stayed up to watch American Idol. But was paused the show
for the eclipse..

Today i'll be adding a few more items to fun at camp.com as well as taking
a look at camping fun shop.com .
I also want to convert AirForceOnceTheFinalMission.com over to a serif page.
This will give me more control on changes, and allow for a more vibrant site.

Here are todays pictures of the day.. Yes.. you guessed it.. The lunar eclipse.
I used our panasonic 8mp, Lumix camera. I think they turned out
pretty good. considering how far the moon is... I think the lunar eclipse
come out just fine...
